<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Polygons were created by City of Bothell Public Works Engineers in order to identify where parcels may be subject to additional permitting for pipe sizes under 12" due to proximity to steep slopes. In developing the layer, the following assumptions and rules were used:</SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>• Prioritized tracts and open space with ravines and steep slopes.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>• Receiving parcels (parcels at the bottom of slopes) were removed.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>• Removed areas where slopes are between neighbors (walls between homes). Exceptions included large parcels that could subdivide later.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>• Removed most multi-family for similar reasons as neighbor-to-neighbor.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>• Included the Sammamish River Bank.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN>• Did not include “cuts” to roadways or slopes to/from WSDOT right-of-way.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
