Description: In the Permitting Software, new entries are added to the system. within different modules such as Code Management, Inspection Management, Permit Management, Plan Management, Project Management, and Request Management. When there are parcels associated with these projects, a polygon may be created based on the location of that address at that time. In various applications there may be a definition query placed on this layer from a date range and sometimes will link to a url with more details. This can help identify general information and permitting over time for a given area, but is in no way a complete. There may be more information available through the permitting application.

Description: In Ordinance 2170 Latecomer fees were established to help reimburse the City of Bothell for improvements that were made to the Horse Creek Channel. This fee helps to pay back the bond and allows the property to discharge treated water without detention. This fee is calculated based on the new and replaced surface area of impervious surface multiplied by the current year's fee schedule.

Description: Polygons were created by City of Bothell Public Works Engineers in order to identify where parcels may be subject to additional permitting for pipe sizes under 12" due to proximity to steep slopes. In developing the layer, the following assumptions and rules were used:• Prioritized tracts and open space with ravines and steep slopes.• Receiving parcels (parcels at the bottom of slopes) were removed.• Removed areas where slopes are between neighbors (walls between homes). Exceptions included large parcels that could subdivide later.• Removed most multi-family for similar reasons as neighbor-to-neighbor.• Included the Sammamish River Bank.• Did not include “cuts” to roadways or slopes to/from WSDOT right-of-way.
